The Joplan web application allows social workers and teams to create and generate high-quality and easy-to-understand individual plans that contain only the most useful information. This makes life easier for both them and their clients.

When a client came to us with the Joplan project, it was clear right after the first workshop that we were at the birth of something big - a new era of social service management. All the systems available have either been the same for 20 years and have fundamentally lagged behind technological advances, or simply do not meet the wide range of requirements of social workers and teams. The aim of the collaboration was to innovate and automate the process of individual planning, its management and subsequent evaluation. As is our custom, we started from the ground up.

Result
Innovation in the world of social services
The result of our work is a new system that allows for individual planning, better coordination of individual staff and more time for specific clients. We are pleased that the system is gradually being implemented in individual healthcare facilities.
